Co-administrator of personal data
- The entities associated with Fidea may also participate in the processing of your personal data. The joint processing of your personal data is carried out for the purposes set out below. Related entities act as the Co-administrators. The processing of your data takes place on the basis of appropriate arrangements, which define the principles of achieving common processing purposes and the principles of cooperation, which ensure the possibility of effective implementation of your rights and protection of your interests.

Purposes and basics of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of answering your queries given to Fidea via e-mail and using the forms available on the Fidea Website. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Fidea and its affiliates.
Data recipients
Your personal data may be disclosed by Fidea to cooperating entities (recipients) on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data, in accordance with applicable law, in particular entities providing postal and courier services.
Data storage period
Your personal data will be processed until the mutual claims expire.
Your rights

- object to processing – in cases where Fidea or the Co-administrator processes your personal data in the puspose of legitimate interest – due to a special situation to the e-mail address: rodo@fideatrade.com or to the address of Fidea‘s headquarters with the annotation “Personal data protection”,
- transfer in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable IT format, e.g. for transmission to another administrator. You can request a transfer of your data to another administrator, however, it will only be done if technically possible. The right to transfer personal data applies only to the data that we process on the basis of your consent or contract.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Information on the requirement/voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your message/query. Refusal to provide personal data will make it impossible to reply to your message/query and to consider any complaint.

Below, Blufare Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. provides you with information related to the rules for the processing of personal data in business relations, in accordance with the obligations arising from the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”).
Purposes and basics of processing
- The purposes and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by Fidea:
- in the case of sole proprietorships and representatives or attorneys of commercial companies and business entities operating in other legal forms – in order to undertake activities related to the conclusion and performance of an appropriate economic contract (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR ),
- in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on Fidea, in particular the obligations arising from the Act of March 1, 2018 on counteracting money laundering and financing terrorism (the “AML” Act), obligations arising from the provisions of tax and accounting law, obligations related to counteracting fraud and irregularities related to anti-corruption provisions, as well as preventing abuse and conflicts of interest in business processes (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
- in order to implement Fidea‘s legitimate interest in conducting business in accordance with high ethical standards (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
- in order to implement the legitimate interest of Fidea in establishing or maintaining business relationships, including appropriate correspondence or telephone contacts,
- in order to implement Fidea‘s legitimate interest in conducting internal business analyzes related to customer service, the conditions of current business cooperation or the possibility of its development (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
- for the purpose of direct marketing of Fidea‘s own products or services and its related entities, to the extent that results from the content of the consents for communication (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), g) in order to pursue legitimate interests in the form of determining, investigating and defending against claims (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
- Fidea and other related entities acting as Co-administrators process your personal data for the purposes and on the basis of the following provisions:
- in order to implement the legitimate interests of Fidea and related entities resulting from internal agreements in the field of customer service, including to provide customer service by an appropriate entity responsible for a specific segment or group of entrepreneurs (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR ),
- in order to implement the legitimate interests of Fidea and its related entities in the field of conducting internal business analyzes related to customer service, the conditions of current business cooperation and the possibility of its development (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
- in order to conduct direct marketing of Fidea products and services and related entities, to the extent that results from the content of the consents for communication (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),
- in order to implement the legitimate interests of Fidea and its related entities related to the determination, investigation or defense against claims (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Data processing period
Your personal data will be processed for the period of the economic contract and the period stipulated by applicable law, but not less than until the expiry of legal claims. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, personal data is processed until its withdrawal.
Rights
- In connection with the processing of your personal data in relation to this data, you have the right to:
- access to content,
- rectification,
- deletion,
- processing restrictions,
- carrying,
- object to processing – in cases where Fidea or the Co-administrator processes your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest.
- You can also withdraw your consent to marketing communications. Withdrawal of consent is possible during telephone contact with representatives of the Fidea sales office, which conducts marketing communication. Withdrawal of consent is also possible by sending an e-mail to the address of the Fidea sales office. Current contact details can be found on the Website and in the content of contact forms used to obtain consents for marketing communication.
- If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact Fidea in accordance with the contact details set out above. The provided contact details also enable the direct implementation of the rights resulting from the applicable personal data protection regulations in the field of processing operations carried out jointly by Fidea and each of the Co-administrators.
- In matters related to the processing of personal data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
