General provisions

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as: “Regulations”) define the rules of using the website available at fideatrade.com (hereinafter referred to as: “Website”) by users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). The owner of the Website is Blufare Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. with its registered office in Warszawa, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division under the number: 0000818674 (hereinafter referred to as “Fidea“). The Regulations define the rules of using the Website. Fidea leads, among others through the Website, its activity consisting in particular in enabling Users to access information about Fidea and contact Fidea. Fidea reserves that the Website and all materials and information contained therein are subject to the exclusive rights of Fidea or its cooperating entities.

Rules of Access to the Website

The use of the Website requires the fulfillment of minimum technical requirements, such as using a web browser and having an active internet connection.

Fidea is not responsible for technical problems or limitations in the computer equipment used by the User, which prevent the User from using the Website.

All Internet Users have access to the generally accessible part of the Website without having to comply with any formalities. This access is not dependent on registration on the Website.

Access to the restricted part of the Website is intended for entities cooperating with Fidea and requires registration on the Website.

Rules for using the website

The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the Regulations, applicable law, general principles of using the Internet and the purposes of creating the Website, in particular in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties and the rights of Fidea.

The User is obliged in particular to use the Website in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, by using specific software or devices and using the Website in a way that is not burdensome for Fidea and other Users, and with respect for personal rights and all their rights.

If the User is found to be in breach of the above provisions, Fidea has the right to take any action to repair the damage incurred in this connection.

Fidea responsibility

Fidea conducts ongoing supervision over the technical functioning of the Website, ensuring its correct operation. Fidea does not guarantee the constant availability of the Website’s websites, as well as their flawless functioning.

Fidea shall not be liable for any damage caused by the violation by Users – in connection with the use of the Website – of the rights of third parties, damages resulting from disruptions in the operation of the Website or its unavailability, caused by reasons beyond Fidea‘s control or which occurred as a result of events that unable to prevent. Fidea is not responsible for any other damage caused by the User’s failure to comply with the provisions of the Regulations.

Fidea is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information published on the Website. The risk related to the use of the content of the Website is borne by the User. Fidea shall not be liable for any damage caused as a result of using the Website.

Final Provisions

All rights to the content of the Website are reserved. Any part of the Website may not be used, modified or linked without the prior consent of Fidea. Commercial use requires approval from Fidea.

Fidea reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time. Amendments to the Regulations are effective from the moment they are posted on the Website.

Issues related to the processing of personal data are regulated by other documents (Privacy policy, Personal data), the current content of which is available to Website Users.
